CHRISTCHURCH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP The Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP) is an established local independent charity which seeks to work with other voluntary and statutory organisations to both identify gaps in provision, and to deliver much needed services to the community. Our projects all seek to address the significant issue of social isolation which impacts on residents across both the age and socio-economic spectrum and to improve the quality of life for all who live and work in Christchurch. |
